The Marian Built Loft is a beautifully restored event space in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Set above the Marian Built Fine Hardware & Furnishings workshop, the loft is just steps from the Ballard Bridge and the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft is unique for Seattle, as it offers 2,500 square feet of meeting, dining, and lounging space. Three separate small offices included for privacy or break-out options.
