Set above the workshop of renowned Northwest craftsman, Michael Marian, the loft is a beautifully restored creative or work space just a block from the Ballard Bridge on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft provides 2,500 square feet room to work with, which includes 12 foot high ceilings, an open chef’s kitchen, seating for 45, and a large lounge overlooking the workshop. Additional amenities include two private restrooms, air conditioning, and surround sound stereo system.
